AURA FINEGOLD-FECHTER, A.T.C., R.Y.T.

Aura is owner and director of Radiance Yoga and Therapeutic Exercise Center. A teacher of Yoga for over 30 years, she is a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Sports Medicine and is a Certified Athletic trainer. Aura brings a distinct and specialized teaching method to Radiance through integration of biomechanic principles with the physical disciplines of Yoga.

Yoga is a system of postures and breathing exercises designed to stretch, strengthen and tone the entire body, reduce stress and promote relaxation.

At Radiance, you will be guided through the postures gradually, at a comfortable, yet challenging pace, by experienced and caring instructors.
