  is a method of instruction which teaches specific sequencing of asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing) designed to symmetrically develop the flexibility, strength, and agility of the entire body. This method of instruction, based on sound biomechanical principles, allows us to effectively adapt the asanas to your individual needs and levels. Additional benefits of Symmetry Yoga include toning of the internal organs and deep mental relaxation.

  is a dynamic system of Hatha Yoga based on the teachings of Sr. B.K.S. Iyengar. This method promotes proper alignment through detailed instruction and is both invigorating and challenging. Iyengar Yoga benefits the body, mind, and spirit and is appropriate for all levels.

  is a traditional method of instruction, which develops energy, strength, and flexibility through the introduction of classical Yoga poses and breathing techniques. Hatha Yoga has been in existence for over 5,000 years. Enjoy the individual approach of each of your instructors.

  combines Hatha Yoga and Pilates movements to develop strong core muscles, greater strength, flexibility and improved posture. It is suitable for both beginners and more experienced students. Enjoy getting in shape with this even-paced and exhilarating class.

  means "breath-synchronized movement". You will move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. It is continuous (flow-like), and the routines vary from gentle to dynamic according to the level of the class.

  focuses on functional exercises which build and expand upon your core foundation. These exercises integrate multiple muscles and joints to improve muscular coordination, total body strength, balance, endurance, posture and agility.

  is a pre-natal class that adapts traditional yoga to the pregnant woman. The classes are gentle and asanas performed will depend on your own specific needs and timeline of your pregnancy. You may begin this class at any time in your pregnancy. Beginners as well as longtime practitioners are welcome.

  encourages kids to exercise in a natural, healthy and enjoyable way. Yoga teaches children to relax, to concentrate, to be gentle with others, and how to be still and quiet.
